90's Normcore

Bassike Cutaway Tank, One Teaspoon Awesome Baggies, Rails Check Shirt, Karen Walker Sunglasses, Calvin Klein Bra, Nike Free Runs, TW Steel Men's Watch

Believe it or not, 'normcore' is a huge trend this season. Celebrating the very basics of the 90's, normcore literally means hardcore normal. It's that simple. So whether you want to take inspiration from F.R.I.E.N.D.S, Seinfeld or Nirvana, normcore is easily pulled off by dressing simply, and, for lack of a better term, as boring as possible. Normcore is a desire to be blank, achieved by dressing in everyday items that are casual and in no way trend driven. Hidden irony: the very idea of normcore is entirely trend driven. I'm sure the trend forecasters are doing this on purpose.

Trend or no trend, normcore is a super easy - and might I mention comfortable - trend to nail in your everyday routine. The easiest way to get the look down pat is to combine all your casual off duty pieces at once and keep accessories to a very minimum. And voila! You're hardcore normal.
