NYFW16 HIGHLIGHTS // Alexander Wang RTW Fall Winter 2016

Yesterday Alexander Wang illustrated once again that he is, without a doubt, one of the cool kids.

Going against the grain of the standard NYFW venues, Wang hosted his fashion salute to youth revolt in the historic St. Bartholomew's Episcopal Church on Park Avenue during his usual slot of 5pm. Tailored leather, piercing rhodium hardware, sloganed mesh censor bars and delicately stitched marijuana leaf insets met with heavy knits and sheer feminine tulles to create a mash-up tribute to punks, prepsters, ladies and streetwear. As usual, the accessories were lust-worthy, including the expansion of Wang's recently launched jewelry collection.

  1. While this place gets a little crowded and you might have to push through occasionally, it's hard not to mention that a definite plus in venues in San Francisco is that you'll rarely have to wait on line in their large bathrooms.

  3. These outfits are so different and "strict".Even the models are strictly strict. Ok i actually over did that sort of pun. I would rock the beanie anytime though
